This policy explains how Known Matter handles information supplied through product enquiries, orders and customer support.
Information collected
We may collect contact details, delivery details, enquiry content, order records and basic site-use information required to operate the store, support customers and meet legal obligations.
Payments
When checkout is available, payment details are handled by Stripe. Known Matter does not store complete payment-card details on its own systems.
Service providers
We use reputable providers for website hosting, order administration, payment processing and customer email. They receive only the information reasonably required to provide those services.
