Clear expectations on both sides.
These terms apply to orders placed with Known Matter. No order can be submitted while a product is marked out of stock.
Product information
Product use, format, net contents and pack information are stated on the relevant product page and label. Packaging may vary slightly from photographs without changing what is supplied.
Orders and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. When stock is available, standard Australia-wide delivery is $12.95 per order. Product quantity and the delivery charge are shown before payment is completed through Stripe Checkout. Express delivery is not offered at launch. A Stripe confirmation indicates that payment has been received for processing.
Purchaser responsibility
Purchasers must review the product information and determine suitability for their intended use. Products must be handled and stored according to the label and Safety Data Sheet.
Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
