Known Matter will ship within Australia from Victoria. The store is currently out of stock, so no orders or payments are being accepted.
Packaging
The sealed primary bottle is protected inside a sealed inner pack and rigid outer parcel box. This helps contain loose material if the primary pack is damaged in transit and gives the bottle suitable protection from crushing.
Standard delivery
Standard delivery within Australia is $12.95 per order. The delivery charge is shown in Stripe Checkout before payment. Express delivery is not offered at launch.
Dispatch and tracking
In-stock orders are dispatched from Victoria within 1–2 business days. Tracking details are emailed after the parcel has been lodged with the carrier. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and carrier network.
Damaged deliveries
Do not use a product if the bottle, closure or sealed inner pack is damaged. Keep the parcel, take clear photographs and contact hello@known-matter.com so the order can be assessed promptly.
Returns
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply. Because opened products may be unsuitable for resale after leaving our control, contact us before returning anything and do not send an opened product through the post without written directions.
